Sample review. Good value for what I paid, though communication could be tighter. I'd have liked a confirmation email sooner. Their FAQ answered most of what I needed. Four stars because of the small delay.
Sample review. The product is fine; the process around it was clunky. The person I dealt with knew the product well. Delivery took longer than the estimate on the site. Neutral overall.
Sample review. Weeks later and I still don't have what I paid for. Returns policy is clearly written, which I appreciated. I'd have liked a confirmation email sooner. Can't recommend based on this.
Sample review. Happy with the result; the timeline slipped by a couple of days. Their FAQ answered most of what I needed. The person I dealt with knew the product well. Recommended, with that one note.
Sample review. Mostly smooth, with one hiccup that was fixed quickly. The person I dealt with knew the product well. The onboarding call was short and useful. Would buy again.
Sample review. Everything about this order went the way the listing said it would. Their FAQ answered most of what I needed. Returns policy is clearly written, which I appreciated. I've already recommended them to two people.

How it works
Anyone can write a review. After a confirmed order, a business can send a one-time invite that links the review to that purchase.
Our moderators check every review against the account, the order it came from and the guidelines before it appears anywhere.
Only reviews that pass verification are published, with their badges. Claimed businesses can reply publicly to any review.
For businesses
Send a verified-purchase invite after each order, reply to reviews in public, and build a score people have reason to believe.
